Personalised and made-to-order items

Personalised, custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and an unboxing video. This helps us verify the concern quickly.

Resolution

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Items not eligible for return

We cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, items that have been used or altered, or items returned without the required proof of damage or incorrect delivery.
